Add crew members from Team management. Each gets an access level that controls what they can see and do.
Before you start
- A Commercial plan
- Your crew member's email address
- 1
Open Account -> Team management
See your Crew, then tap Invite team member.

Access levels: Manager, Editor, Field Worker, Viewer. Permissions are enforced server-side.

Enter email and pick an access level
Manager, Editor, Field Worker, or Viewer; add an optional job title.

Send the invite
They set a password from the email and sign in to Field Tech or Fleet.

Result
The staff member gets an emailed invite, sets a password, and signs in to Field Tech or Fleet with the access level you chose.
