Quail'a Bee Solutions LLC, doing business as HiveMasterPro™ ("we," "our," or "us"), is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides a beekeeping management platform for hobbyists, sideliners, and commercial beekeepers in the United States and Canada. Our principal address is 30 N Gould St #56930, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By accessing or using our website, signing up for the service, or using the HiveMasterPro application (web, iOS, Android), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use HiveMasterPro. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
HiveMasterPro is delivered as three complementary applications, each licensed under these Terms when you create or sign in to your HiveMasterPro account:
The flagship management application for owners, managers, queen breeders, and analysts. Available on web, iOS, and Android. Capabilities include:
A separate, simplified mobile build for crew members who don't need the full management UI. Four-tab shell (Today, Apiaries, Scan, Me), glove-friendly 56 px touch targets, 1.1× text scaling, dedicated QR/NFC scan tab, and a Today dashboard with weather, jobs, overdue inspections, and quick actions. Field Tech access is included with the Commercial subscription at no additional charge for any team members assigned a field-worker role.
A separate mobile build for transport crews. Capabilities include: active load management with permits and health certificates, GPS-confirmed deliveries, fuel and vehicle-maintenance logging, interstate compliance checklists, and the Pre-Trip DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report) with e-signature and defect-photo attachment. Fleet access is included with the Commercial subscription at no additional charge for any team members assigned a driver role.

Effective July 4, 2026, and until further notice, the HiveMasterPro platform is offered in a soft-launch / limited-release phase. During this period, certain features may still be undergoing refinement, final development, or optimization. You acknowledge and agree that:
By accessing or using the HiveMasterPro platform during the soft-launch phase, you acknowledge the foregoing conditions and expressly accept them as a material term of your use of the service. This section shall remain in effect until we publish a notice of general availability that expressly supersedes it.
To use the full application, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other reasons we determine in our sole discretion.

HiveMasterPro Premium is available by subscription ($12.99/month or $119.99/year) via Stripe Checkout. Commercial is available at $44.99/month or $439.99/year. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and payment processing. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as we may otherwise agree. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods. Promo codes and discounts may be subject to additional terms.
Honey-batch traceability anchored to the public Polygon blockchain is sold as one-time credit packs (5-pack $2.99, 25-pack $9.99, 100-pack $29.99). Each credit anchors one batch's SHA-256 metadata hash to the network and covers the underlying gas fee. Credits are non-transferable between accounts, do not expire while your account is active, and are not refundable once consumed. No wallet, cryptocurrency, or personal data is required to consume a credit. Anchoring is optional; nothing in the application requires you to use this feature.
Operations exceeding the published Commercial limits, organisations requiring contractual SLAs, single sign-on, custom data-residency, or industry-specific Data Processing Addenda may request an Enterprise plan by contacting us. Enterprise plans are governed by a separately executed Master Subscription Agreement and Order Form which, where they conflict with these Terms, take precedence for the customer that signed them. The headline subscription pricing in §7.1 does not apply to Enterprise plans; pricing is set in the applicable Order Form.
Paying tiers (Premium, Commercial, Enterprise) include access to a HiveMasterPro-managed Twilio SMS rail and SendGrid email rail for sending Pre-Sales transactional notifications to your customers (reservation confirmations, pickup-window reminders, waitlist promotion notices, producer messages, daily inbox digests). Each tier carries a monthly SMS-segment allowance scaled to operation size; specific allowances and overage handling are published on the Pricing page. Community Edition does not include SMS or Pre-Sales.
The included rails are intended only for transactional, customer-consented messaging tied to a producer's legitimate Pre-Sales workflow. Prohibited uses:unsolicited marketing or promotional blasts (in violation of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or analogous local law), messages to recipients who have opted out, messages unrelated to the producer's reservation operation, scraping or bulk export of customer contact information for downstream marketing use. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access to the rails for accounts found in violation, and pass through underlying carrier or A2P 10DLC enforcement actions where applicable. Customer opt-outs are honored automatically and applied tenant-wide; producers are responsible for handling them in any other systems they operate.
HiveMasterPro, our logos, and the software, design, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works unless we expressly permit it.
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload, including apiary records, inspection notes, harvest data, and other user-generated content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the services. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Portable export bundle. You can export a portable bundle of your data from the app at any time, including ELAP PDF / CSV, CFIA-aligned movement records, hive-count exports, per-hive and per-apiary PDF reports with AI summaries, the full transaction ledger, and a JSON database snapshot suitable for migration. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy (available in the footer).
Not Professional Advice.HiveMasterPro is a management tool. It does not provide veterinary, agricultural, legal, transportation-safety, food-safety, financial, or regulatory advice. AI-generated insights, Varroa risk predictions, sound-analysis verdicts, frame-photo detections, predictive colony risk scores, and any other AI output are for informational purposes only and may not be accurate. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your business, your animals, your colleagues' safety, or your regulatory compliance.
Regulated outputs are user-validated. ELAP submissions, USDA / APHIS reports, CFIA movement records, FSMA Section 204 traceability records, FMCSA-aligned DVIRs, state apiary registrations, interstate movement permits, EPA / PMRA treatment usage records, and Schedule F tax categorisations are produced from data you entered. You are responsible for verifying that every regulated output is accurate, complete, and timely before submission to a regulator, insurer, or buyer.
Service "As Is."The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party failures (including subprocessor outages).
Agriculture & Compliance. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including apiary registration, licensing, ELAP, USDA, CFIA, FSMA Section 204, FMCSA, and provincial requirements. We do not guarantee that our export formats or data will meet your specific regulatory needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveMasterPro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the aggregate amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HiveMasterPro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period (typically 30 days) to allow you to export it; after that, we may delete it in accordance with our data retention practices. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
For EU/EEA consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quail'a Bee Solutions LLC regarding the services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without restriction.
