Wired to live inventory
Most reservation tools are spreadsheets in disguise. Pre-Sales is wired into the same inventory hub that tracks your bees, jars, and packaging. The moment a customer confirms a reservation, the matching inventory item soft-holds the units. Mark fulfilled at pickup and the units are consumed. Cancel or refund and the units release back to capacity. The math is enforced at the database level — there is no way to confirm more nucs than you have.

Inbound SMS replies, hard email bounces, spam complaints, unsubscribes, failed sends, customer self-reschedules, contact-info updates, and waitlist auto-promotions all land in a single inbox. Each row carries a live SLA badge that ages on its own (Just in → Active → Stale → Overdue) so nothing sits ignored.
Auto-pilot mode
Flip two toggles on any run and the auto-pilot takes over: slots get scheduled automatically, reservations flip to “ready for pickup” when the wave opens, and you only step in for exceptions.
Confirmed reservations without a slot get assigned to the next open pickup window automatically — no manual calendar juggling.
When a wave's pickup window opens, every scheduled reservation flips to “ready for pickup” so your crew sees them on the fulfillment screen instantly.
Confirm all pending, schedule all confirmed, or mark all ready in one tap. Multi-select with a bulk-action bar for targeted operations on any subset.
Reservations handled by auto-pilot show a small auto badge so you always know what the system did vs. what was manual.
Why we built it
Most queen and nuc producers we talked to were running pre-orders out of a spreadsheet, a notebook, and a pile of texts. Pre-Sales replaces every part of that workflow — the public reservation form, the wave capacity math, the waitlist juggling, the pickup reminders, and the inbound message triage.
No oversell, ever
Every run links to a real inventory item and capacity is enforced server-side. Confirm to soft-hold, fulfill to consume, refund to release. The math works the way Shopify and Square do — because customer trust is non-negotiable.
