Pre-Sales reservations
A full reservation system built into HiveMasterPro: multi-wave capacity tracking with auto-waitlist, customer self-service reschedule, pickup-window reminders, and a realtime triage inbox that ages messages by SLA. SMS and email rails are included on paying tiers — no BYO Twilio or SendGrid required.
Run detail
Group your spring sales into a run, then break that run into waves — pickup windows with capacity. When a wave fills, new reservations route to a waitlist automatically; the next person is promoted (and notified) the moment a slot frees.

Communication Center
Inbound SMS replies, hard email bounces, spam complaints, unsubscribes, failed sends, customer self-reschedules, contact-info updates, and waitlist auto-promotions all land in a single inbox. Each row carries a live SLA badge that ages on its own (Just in → Active → Stale → Overdue) so nothing sits ignored.
Why we built it
Most queen and nuc producers we talked to were running pre-orders out of a spreadsheet, a notebook, and a pile of texts. Pre-Sales replaces every part of that workflow — the public reservation form, the wave capacity math, the waitlist juggling, the pickup reminders, and the inbound message triage.
Shared Twilio rail
No BYO Twilio account, no carrier registration paperwork, no second bill. Each paying tier comes with a monthly SMS allowance scaled to operation size. Customer pickup reminders, waitlist promotions, and confirmations all go out on the included rail.
Customer self-service
Reschedule pickup window or update contact info from a one-tap link — no phone tag, no producer intervention. Self-service actions show up in the Communication Center as Active items so you have visibility without being a bottleneck.
Auto-waitlist promotion
When a confirmed customer cancels and a slot opens, the next waitlisted reservation is promoted automatically and gets an SMS-first notification. The producer sees an Active row in the inbox; no manual juggling.
