Once a hive is mid-transition, you should not have to remember it in every other screen. The same Queen Watch card that sits on hive Overview also informs the rest of the operation.

Where you will see it
- My Hives and the tablet/web split view badge hives with an active cycle; the apiary preview counts how many colonies are on a queen change.
- Pollination planning and contract-ready counts skip mating nucs and hives mid-transition, so you do not promise a grower a colony that is still raising a queen.
- Load / interstate movement screens warn when you are about to put a mid-transition hive on a truck.
- Reminder rules can fire on queen-check cadence, and Settings -> Alerts & reminders -> Queen Watch field jobs (off by default) creates one field job per required check window for crews.
- Bee (Enterprise) understands "queen watch status", "start a queen watch", and "check hive 12" style commands.
- Analytics shows success rates by trigger, average / median QDT, and queen spend including failed cycles. The season summary has a queen-transition outcomes section. Sustainability scoring uses requeen self-sufficiency from closed cycles.
