The Hive Advisor knows one hive; the Operation Assistant knows the whole business. It answers from your live records - hives, inventory, pollination contracts, insurance policies, licenses, certifications, fleet, and every expiration date you have recorded - and tells you how fresh the data it used is.

From Settings -> AI & Features. The tile reads "AI that knows your hives, inventory, contracts, insurance, licenses & expirations".

Expiration answers come from Renewals & expirations - record your policies, licenses, and vehicle dates there so the assistant has something to work with.
